I’m the owner and head coach of Radiant Roots Nutrition & Wellness. As a wife, mom, and wellness enthusiast, I'm passionate about supporting my community on their health journeys. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance and experience as a Medical Service Army Officer, my understanding of nutrition has evolved significantly.

After struggling with body image issues and restrictive dieting, I faced significant health challenges, including Hashimoto’s, PCOS, and infertility. Despite intense exercise and calorie restriction, my health declined further. Following a failed IVF in 2019, I decided to reclaim my health, leading to remarkable changes: a stable menstrual cycle, healthy A1C levels, and balanced thyroid function. Most importantly, I welcomed a healthy son conceived naturally.

To empower others on their wellness journeys, I completed a Nutrition Therapy Certification. I believe everyone’s path is unique, and I’m here to support you on your journey to wellness. Let’s embark on this transformative path together!

The Process

Consultation

Contact us and set up a free consultation where we can figure out an individualized plan just for you, discuss pricing, and start you on your path to feeling better.

Receive Welcome Packet

We will have your initial interview call scheduled before you receive the welcome packet. The follow up call will be for 6 days past receiving the packet.

6 Day Initial Interview Call

During this call I will dig deeper into your individual goals, needs, and ways to support you. We will review all the documents from the “First 10 Days”. Expect the call to last 45 min to an hour.

Recommendations Call

After the Initial Interview I will develop a detailed path and recommendations tailored to your needs. It will cover diet, lifestyle, and potential supplement recomendations. This call will be scheduled within 3-4 days of the initial interview. From here we will start your journey!

Weekly Check-ins

You will have your google doc updated/complete by Sunday evening each week. I will provide feedback on Monday or Tuesday via Zoom or Email. Our weekly check-ins will be 10-15 minutes.

3 Month Progress Check

Complete documentation from the “First 10 Days”. Every 3 months we will work together to track progress from a whole person approach.
